Description

Due to the severe cracks in the side walk there is a spot where the side walk is raised on the road which causes a build up of water that pools back. It seems like a sledgehammer can just be taken into the cement that's raising up and smash and level it out. Would really like to try and get rid of these pools during rainy season and get some sidewalk remediation thank you.
