Description

This is the 4th time I have used the 311 service to repair the light. The light is still out. I keep getting notifications that it has been fixed. There is a busy pedestrian walkway that is not lit. There is an entrance to an apartment that serves as a public urinal because the light no longer illuminates the area. There are people that congregate to drink and do drugs.

    Repaired low volts in bottom of pole, 176 volts in hand hole and bottom of pole, light is working.
