Description

The lights under the bridges in the Downtown Expressway and in the tunnel through there never work. But are constantly replaced. Surely some 15.99 fixtures from Lowes that are LED would be more reliable than whatever it is that is currently installed. How inefficient is this old design to start with over an LED. Then take the tunnel for example. Sometimes only 1 or 2 of the 50 bulbs are working... then there are other lights I haven't seen lit in 5 years since I moved here.
