- Staff · February 4, 2020Per D. Joyner, Field supervisor stated that location for this is on private property D. Joyner stated that he did clear some the area so get some positive water flow but talk to property management to let them know the location was their responsible. Their agree to have their maintained workers clear the remainder of the location .D. Joyner stated he would flow up on a rain event to if it will call for any further work at the location.
