Description

A water meter cover is missing in the middle of the sidewalk at the Children's hospital Brookland Park Blvd. Someone could step into the opening and break their leg, it should be replaced immediately.

    had crew to check this location and there is a water valve top missing. the crew put a cone over it to make it safe
