Description

Drop inlet access cover was broken by Public Works employees the last time the it was cleaned out over a year an a half ago. A new cover was requested. A orange barrel was place over the opening. Over one year in place. Replacement cover needs to be installed and the temporary barrel removed.

investigation into this request found a broken square cover that needs to be replaced with a new casting and round top.This request will be given to the basin Supervisor for work scheduling
