Description
On West 32nd st. between New Kent and Chesterfield, there is an Storm inlet by the alley. The inlet's pipe is discharging towards Forest Hill park and over time the 12" Non-reinforced concrete pipe has caused the shoulder slope to erode away. The Erosion is on the Park side and is roughly 5-8' from the edge of pavement. The depth of the cavity is 10-14' deep. Unsure if the pipe is damaged or has open joints causing the erosion. Please investigate as this is a safety concern that is approaching the roadway. Thank you.
