- Staff · September 14, 2020DPU Storm Water Personnel cleaned the asphalt drainage ditch at this location. Found asphalt drainage ditch grade is off creating negative drainage during & after rain events. All others were checked and/or cleaned. Engineering solution is underway to correct negative slope in asphalt drainage ditch while correcting the localized flooding on the side of 511 St Christopher which include removal of one Pine tree on Bay St.
