Description
There is a completely exposed metal storm drain with a jagged edge in the front of our property. All this children play in this area. It is a risk of animals and people cutting themselves. In addition we have no drainage system going to it. Erosion and clogged areas are an issue. Scooping out the land is not the solution unless you are backfilling.
