Description
there was water in the basement of the property that I am renovating. I removed the water in the basement with a new drainage system in the basement; however, water continues to come into the building. The storm water is not be draining properly. This is the standing water in alleyway. Also the long black pipe is in my yard, but I was told belonged to the City. Is this a city owned pipe?
