Description

There are no streetlights on the eastern half of the 1300 block of E. Main St. So, this area is dark compared to other areas nearby. I have nearly hit people at least twice in my car at night when they were crossing Main in the crosswalk immediately west of 14th st at this location. There is a streetlight base at 1307 E. Main that has no pole, which I have reported before, but nothing gets done to install the missing pole and light.
