Citizen states there are 6-7 lights out on Hull St Rd between Orcutt Rd & Warwick Rd. Citizen states there are citizens who walk and it is a serious concern for her.

    Dominion maintained lights not City of Richmond. Due to the number of lights out and the lack of location of the lights it is suggested the resident contact Dominion directly to report the light outages by calling 866-366-4357.
