Description

Light went out in a storm this past summer - I contacted the city several months ago with no results - a neighbor contacted the city a few weeks ago and was told the problem was with power to the lights and it was a Dominion Power issue. I assume if that's the case the city would contact them. Let me know ASAP if this is NOT accurate.
