Accu arrived on site to TV main today ~1:45 was met by tenant of 109 E 35th St angrily yelling at operator that "this is the 4th time I have had sh*% in my bathroom." The operator called me, I could hear Ms Desmond Clark (804-277-7513) and others yelling in the background.I told Victor to just leave the area and let her know that a City crew would come later. Accu gave her my desk # and she called me - yelling and cursing so when I had a chance, I informed her that the only way I could address the issue was to get avideo of the pipe so I could determine the problem and resolve it. She finally calmed down and agreed to stay out of Accu's way and let them TV with no jetting, if possible, rush the video to me today, then I could determine what the City's next steps would be. I offered and she agreed to let me call her with updates. P Wyatt is sending ServPro to clean her bathroom this afternoon. I have also contacted Chenault to be on site in the morning to open cut at the cave-in . They are putting out no-parking signs this evening. I called Ms Clark back to tell her all of this. E Cox was at her house she handed the phone to him, he said the bathroom does not have feces "everywhere", just water. Will update more later.

We had a positive dye test on the cave in @ this location, Howard per our conversation we backfilled the cave in with MCIII for safety due to the cars being parked right beside the hole and also due to the street being very narrow… I will refer this location to D. Osborne on cityworks to CCTV the mainline for further investigation… (#22 E 35TH ST)
