Description

On October 14th I sent you information about a missing Stormwater cover with pictures behind 9301 Creek Crossing Blvd. Please review. There is an orange cone over the water hole so it should be easy to find. Someone was out there doing some sort of work and made the hole BIGGER. Please get this fixed ASAP! We are worried about damages to cars and people. I am attaching a picture with a map of the neighborhood to show you exactly where the hole is.

CW# 406215 and 406147 are related to this current request and his being forward to the correct Division with DPU which is not Stormwater but Water Dist. as it is water meter issue
