roblem Description: All the streets in the neighborhood were clean before the paving was done except for right around third Avenue. My house at 3101 3rd Ave. is totally clogged in the one across the street is totally clogged and several in the neighborhood are also totally clogged.;Is the inlet/basin clogged? Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. 5 inlets cleared of trash, roots and mud...1 inlet has a large root ball unable to clear all roots
