Two storm water drains at southeast intersection of ellwood and Sheppard (on on each side of corner) are not draining and are flooding the sidewalk/street/residential properrty

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Location was also suggest by DPU StormWater Crew Chief N. Sumpter that the location need to be camera and basin NE corner lateral pipe seem to be block by something.
