Description
The lamp in the alley behind the houses 317 and 317 1/2 is out. This is a more modern looking lamp (not one of the historic lamps typical in church hill) that had the amber colored bulb typical of streetlights. The light did not come on a couple weeks ago and has not come on since. The lamp is close to the chain link fence that runs the perimeter of the car lot at 2711 E Marshall steet.
