Description

Immediately outside of my home there is an uncovered sewer or drainage pipe that is an immediate danger to anyone who may step or fall into it. As I stepped out of my car today, I slipped into the hole and my leg up to my knee went into this opening. I had to lay on the ground to get my leg out and it left bruises and scratches.
