Description

Citizen states the light is sporadic it is coming on and going off at different times. It will come on for 15 minutes shut off and then come on an hour later. In the middle of the alleyway, and crime can potentially happen.

    Street light is blinking citizen would like to note its the street light in the middle that has to be repaired.
