Description

There is a missing water cover in the street behind 9301 Creek Crossing Blvd. I am attaching pictures. We pay the City of Richmond for water and believe this is your responsibility to fix. I reported before without pictures and you said it was private, but I think you should be covering the water pipelines. Please review. There is an orange cone over the water hole so it should be easy to find. I am attaching pictures of the other water covers in the area.
