Description

The ally street light appears to have been severely damaged, possibly from lightning or a major electrical problem. The lack of lighting on this side of the ally has become a serious safety issue for both the residents and their property. High crime area and a large number of seniors and people with disabilities in the direct vicinity in need of a rushed response.
