Description

Hole next to manhole I’m alley behind my house. This is the third time I’ve opened a ticket without the hold being closed. It goes to the sewer and there is a sewage smell coming from it that I can smell regularly from my backyard. Please help. My tickets keep getting closed with nothing actually being done. If you close this ticket, please comment to tell me why the hole will not be fixed. Thank you.
