Upon Field Supervisor assess the location it was discovery that more they several issue exist at this location. Basin at southwest side of Grove is complete fill with root from the nearby tree. Second the cask at this location is shift and uprooted by the roots of the nearby tree. Third the curb has shifted from form of the cask and has created several cavitation around the cask itself which has made the basin itself of unsafe. The inner wall of the The south basin has issues with root from the tree next to it as well as it is full of roots and his displace the foundation of the cask and proper draining as well. The south east basin has foundation issue inside of the basin the root have displace the brick foundation inside of the Southeast basin.
