Description

The metal plate the city of Richmond placed on 1st street to cover the 1st sink hole 2 years ago shifted pushing the metal plate against the side wall breaking the street up & causing a sink hole directly in my back yard! This would be my 5th request I have children & a elderly women that lives in my home this is unsafe and needs to be addressed I will include pictures I have to place paint buckets upside down so no one is hurt by walking over this huge sink hole in my yard due to the city neglect please address this
