Description
I have called to place a service request DPW000031580 for 2 1/2 years the metal plate over a sink whole on 1st street and myrtle has shaken the ground, my house & the street in my back yard! My concerns went unaddressed until now! Today I see the city is making efforts to fix the street my no city worker has contacted me about the sink whole it’s caused in my back yard! I have called & each time I’m advised all old service requests are lost due to a new system! It is completely unsafe to have a sink whole in my back yard base on the city neglecting a Sink hole in the street for almost 3 years
