Description

Two street lights on the 1900 block of E Cary street are out and have been for a while. This makes the block quite dark and my car was stolen from this block over the weekend.

    Privately owned light Pole #H101RH8500. City of Richmond can not repair private watch lights. Owner of light need to contact Dominion at 866-366-4357 and state private watch light is out.
