Description

PLEASE HELP!!! This is my third request -- and my last request on RVA 311 was closed out even though problem has NOT BEEN FIXED. ALL city lamps in the ALLEY behind the 1100 block of West Ave (between West Ave and Park) are ALL OUT (except for the two at the very end of the alley -- all of the interior alley lamps are out). IT IS PITCH BLACK BACK THERE AND HAS BEEN FOR WEEKS.
