Description
Multiple drain inlets have been clogged all summer, some for well over a year, throughout Shockoe Bottom & downtown on E Broad St., E Main St. & E Cary St, from 10th St. to 19th St. Some are so full of trash, gravel & weeds, it is hard to see them
