Description

I just observed a large dent in the road with a very soft opening measuring about 6-10” wide. It’s in the middle of the westbound lane in front of/near 4310/4312 Stuart Avenue. A jogger could easily step hard into the hole and have a significant fall. Also, small children and pets loading/unloading from a parked car could easily step into the hole that is soft enough to cave in, trapping a foot or leg under pressure. I was able to apply minimal pressure with my toe and see how easily the surface broke and fell into the cavity under the road.
