    DPU Storm Water Personnel contact the citizen on 8/20/2019 and spoke with the citizen; Ms. Teresa. Citizen indicated roadside ditches overflow during and after rain event. Indicated a concrete drain was installed that did not work. Assessment will be made on 8/21/2019 by D. Joyner, Crew Chief; citizen advised on inspection date.
