- Staff · August 22, 2019DPU Storm Water Utility Division assess this location on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Found cavity in brick sidewalk approx. 1' foot in depth. No utilities present in this area per GIS research. Downspout from gutter on 238 Cherry St appears to be root cause. Water cascading across sidewall created void as soil/surface washed under bricks. Barrel installed for safety. Email sent to DPW for repair of brick sidewalk.
