Description

Citizen would like the storm drain to be cleaned out, the drain has dirt and vegetation growing inside, when it rains the street floods because the water cannot drain.

  inspected on 5/1/2021....Per Lockett/M. Goode that this location has 3 of 3 basin that need service full of leaves, with roots and debris Basin also need to be service at this location.

  DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision were assigned to this location, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. however, repairs needed at all basins....water flowing out of the asphalt...possible broken water main break. Will send to repair crew for repairs to be made.
