Caller states there is a large hole that started as a small pothole but has turned into a large sinkhole; in the middle of the street; he states it is 3ft wide and 3-5 ft deep; very dangerous; very dangerous; the Decatur that intersects with McGuire

    Stormwater crew put a steel plate (SWU PLATE) to cover the cave in @ this location. We attempted to perform a dye test but we could not open any of the manhole tops from several attempts to open them with asledge hammer. I will refer this location to D. Osborne to CCTV the mainline for further investigation...
