Severe flooding is being caused by a clogged ditch in front of 3125 Blithewood Drive. The flooding is effecting neighboring properties, including 3133 Blithewood Drive.

- Staff · August 17, 2019The driveway culvert is open at 3133 Blithewood Dr. At the address of 3125 there is tall grass in the ditch that needs to be removed and it is holding water, there is a 12 inch concrete driveway culvert at 3141 and on the outlet side it then changes to Plastic pipe all the way to corner of Wallowa Rd, the ditch was removed and replaced with 12 inch HDPE pipe, the crew will need to jet the pipe to see if it can be opened because I cannot see day light from the inlet side but I can only see a little day light from the outlet side.
