THIS IS A DANGER AND HAZARD AND LIABILITY FOR THE CITY AS IT BLOCKS THE STREET AND I CANNOT ACCESS MY HOUSE OR CAR WITHOUT WADING THROUGH DIRTY WATER. I HAVE CONTACTED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES. YOU CAME ONCE TO CLEAN BUT DID NOT CLEAN IT ALL OUT OR FIX IT
