Description

Caller states the city has been digging in the area and working on gas lines and sewer lines and since the work began she and her neighbors in the area have been seeing an increase in the number of rats.

Where do you see them entering and exiting?
Caller states she thinks they are coming in and out of the sewer/storm water drains, but she is not sure.
