Description
Contractors were told not to use the public right away and Street access they were told only to use alley access they have tracked mud over the entire block they have covered my car in dirt

- Staff · August 9, 2019An inspection was conducted on 7-29-19. Pictures were taken of job site under construction by Richmond Habitat for Humanity. There was evidence of soil "tracking unto front roadway " due to contractor backfilling footers, in front. The site supervisor, Mrs. Mo Karn-Bruce ( 804.300.0023 ) was contacted and she scheduled to meet with City Inspector (s). An attempt to contact Mr. Kevin Moore ( 804.920.3937 ) resulted in a " mailbox full " message. A follow-up "Erosion/Sediment Control " Inspection was filed and recorded on 7-30-19. This inspection resulted in a " failed - with follow up required ( no fee ) ". The site supervisor was instructed to "seed and straw " front right-of-way and clean the roadway. A final inspection was conducted yesterday ( 8-8-19 ). Site had " seed and straw " applied and front roadway cleaned.
