An inspection was conducted on 7-29-19. Pictures were taken of job site under construction by Richmond Habitat for Humanity. There was evidence of soil "tracking unto front roadway " due to contractor backfilling footers, in front. The site supervisor, Mrs. Mo Karn-Bruce ( 804.300.0023 ) was contacted and she scheduled to meet with City Inspector (s). An attempt to contact Mr. Kevin Moore ( 804.920.3937 ) resulted in a " mailbox full " message. A follow-up "Erosion/Sediment Control " Inspection was filed and recorded on 7-30-19. This inspection resulted in a " failed - with follow up required ( no fee ) ". The site supervisor was instructed to "seed and straw " front right-of-way and clean the roadway. A final inspection was conducted yesterday ( 8-8-19 ). Site had " seed and straw " applied and front roadway cleaned.
