Description

This is NOT a missing manhole cover, it is a leak coming from the cover of the water meter on the sidewalk on the west side of Westmoreland Avenue about a quarter block north of Cutshaw Avenue. The ticket was marked as completed; however, the problem was not resolved. It appears that the worker simply turned down the water pressure to minimize the leaking. This is clean, unused potable water that is being spilled onto the sidewalk for a total of a year now without adequate response from city water services.
