THE citizen called about the sinkhole.

Investigation into this request found a 12" galv pipe that needs to be replaced. (NOTE) The pipe is connected to a catch basin but a very shallow run of pipe. The basin needs some work as well to restore proper drainage to this area. This request will be given to a supervisor for work scheduling
