Description

Storm drain does not drain Mud has accumulated making it impossible for handicap patrons to access the bus stop. Stonewall place is an assisted living facility for the elderly many of which use wheelchairs or walkers. These patrons can no longer reach the bus stop at 20th and semmes Avenue.
