- Staff · May 21, 2020I had TeDarryl, investigate this request upon receipt of the email. The assessment found the residential ditch line impacted by leaves and debris to include other foreign objects, with minor ditch maintenance required. There was a ticket in the system for this complaint placed in July 2019- that references this complaint to be low in scale, mainly because its leaf debris causing these conditions. Currently the ticket is assigned to Derek Joyner.I have updated the ticket and suggested that the ticket be completed in the next 30 days. We should be able to work it into the existing schedule.
