The driveway culvert is on an angle and the water flow is eroding the edge of the back slope of the ditch. The back slope needs to be built back up and asphalt will be put in the ditch to stop eroding. The work will be done as soon as practicable. I spoke with Ms. Bell on 6/26/20

Requesting to have superevior from the DPU to come and investigate to determine if the asphalt will is complete of if the contractor are coming out to finish project. The ditch is still open in the back of the caller's home.

The back slope was rebuilt and the ditch was prepped for asphalt and yard regraded. I spoke with the citizen on 7/31/21 and explained that the asphalt would not be going to the top of the ditch.
