Description
Please come out to assess the water leaking from the water meter. The water is leaking down the street 4 houses from my home. There is a foul smell in the area. I am afraid that my water bill is affected. I placed a request for support from the city and was told before July 4 that the city is 10 days out, in fixing these issues and that this was not an emergency. Please help!
