Description

The concrete sidewalk / curb portion supporting the sewer opening has crumbled and fallen apart. It has been blocking the sewer opening for several months. Debris is starting to build up and cover the opening. Location is in front of 4000 Forest Hill Ave--just left of the bus stop. Area around sewer opening and the rebar used to support the sewer grate are about to collapse. This grate has been deteriorating since July 2019 and is now about to cave in. It is very dangerous because it is right next to 2 crosswalks and a bus stop. Please fix this before someone gets hurt.
