Description

Streetlight arm mounted on telephone pole near entrance to alleyway on M St between 31st and 30th collapsed. The bulb struck against the pole and shattered. Glass from the bulb is on the sidewalk. The actual bulb of the streetlight did not break, just the cover. The light is still coming on at night.
