- Staff · July 11, 2019The inlets in this area are continually getting jammed up with the mulch and leaves of the apartment properties. The maintenance staff has been notified, renotified, and repeatedly advised of the resultingoutcome of this practice. To no avail the problem continues. Mulch guards have been installed to combat the problem but minor maitenance at the mouth of the inlets must be occasionally done by the apartment maintenace crew to resolve the recurring problem.
