Description

The sink hole is in the middle of the street, about 1 ft in diameter. Underneath is a space that looks to be between 4-5 ft deep and may be deeper. It must have appeared in the last 2 days, which was the last time we walked by that intersection.

    E. Cox and J. Brown assessed this location and stated that there is a visible cave-in (has since been plated) and the dye test was positive. I will create a work order for this location to have it televisedto find the point of infiltration.
