Description

Drainage Swell in front of home is blocked to recent shoulder work on Huguenot Rd . Drain next to my driveway is nearly blocked. After the next rain, it will be blocked when all the crush & run and gravel washes into it.

    Problem Description: Storm drain is covered with gravel from the shoulder from work done in July; swell from re-graveling is high enough for car to get of the road but if a citizen get out the car on the passenger side of car they could possibly fall 4 foot;Is the concrete or brick missing? Concrete missing; Is metal exposed? No; Is the top orcover missing? Not missing; Approximate size of the opening? Greater than 12 inches; Is the problem in the rear of the property? No; Is the problem in the front of the property? Yes; Is the problem on the side of the property? No;

    Spoke to homeowner at this location Mr. Riccio concrete flume in front of home and on Drop inlet is broken up and needs replacing Mr. Lockett drop inlet needs to be cleaned out and line be jetted Mr. GlennTheditch runs between the two houses and is overgrown with bamboo Will need to check for easement

    Spoke with homeowner Allen and explained due to the location of the bamboo obstruction it would be the homeowner's responsibility to remove the obstruction. He said he understood.
