- Staff · September 17, 2020Investigation into this request found the ditch behind the homes to be on grade and culverts open. Due to recient heavy rain fall the system was to capacity and could not handle the volume of water during that period. Storm Water crews will monitor this location during rain events and perform necessary maintenance if needed
